Born and raised in Kentucky, Brandon’s love for cooking began in the kitchen alongside his grandmother and other family members. Those early days were filled with family recipes, laughter, lessons in Southern hospitality, and plenty of time gathered around the table.
Bringing that spirit to southern catering florida, he now leads Catered Dish in crafting menus that feel like home while still being special enough for your biggest milestones. Every dish holds a story, whether a recipe passed down through generations, a meal made for loved ones, or simply an excuse to bring everyone together.
